The goal is to develop the framework for an evacuation model and first response that integrates contributions from engineering and social sciences, institutions and the community. Likewise, this area investigates the forms of transmission of expert and cultural knowledge, and the willingness of citizens to collaborate in disaster situations, to improve official risk and communication mappings, and existing emergency response protocols.
